Shiloh Healthcare Services is based in Derby East Midlands. We provide our services across Midlands. Shiloh Healthcare Services aims to provide a unique, flexible and varied range of services including supported living, home care, short break services, packages for people with self-directed support, community-based day activities outreach services, and assistance with daily living activities.

The increasing demand for more personalised support services that are purchased using a Personal Budget, on top of the unprecedented population growth means that we need more services that are local, flexible and better tailored to the diverse and changing needs of the Midlands communities. We have to respond by providing high quality social care more efficiently, whilst ensuring we achieve the best outcomes.

Core to these is our belief that the rights of service users are paramount and always strive to maintain or where possible improve our clients’ independence, their wishes and aspirations. We pride ourselves on ensuring that every person who seeks our help has an individually designed, tailor-made, flexible and high-quality care package to meet their own unique needs and requirements. Objectives

At Shiloh Healthcare Services, Person Centred care forms the core of the service we provide. We aim to equip our clients with the knowledge, skills and ability, to take as much fuller control of their lives as possible; thereby enabling them to feel more fulfilled and valued in life through the range of opportunities offered to them. Recording and managing incidents and complaints using our risk management system

Reviewing all incidents and complaints monthly at clinical governance committee reviews ensuring we act quickly, appropriately, and learn from any lessons identified

Having an open and transparent approach, and involving all relevant parties in the governance process

Welcoming feedback and encouraging commissioners and clients to voice any concerns

All our care packages are assigned a named Support Care, as well as a Case Manager, to oversee all clinical aspects of care. We apply a formal review process to each care package as follows:
