We are looking for full time carers and your role will involve supporting the people you care for with all aspects of their day to day living. This will include social and physical activities, personal care, medication administration, mobility and mealtimes.

We are a quite new home care agency and we are growing quickly so are looking for full time carers. We do expect all carers to work every other weekend but are flexible on other availability.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
We do require you to hold a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle but do not need you to have other qualifications as we will support you through your initial training at Shiloh Healthcare Services.
If you have care experience and have already completed the Care Certificate or have an NVQ level 2 or above then we applaud you and would love to hear from you.
We are trying to make this a great place to work, we always want to make sure our Carers are listened to, valued and appreciated. The office is open for you to pop in, have a hot drink and a chat. Or if you can’t make it in, our phone line is manned 24/7 so you are never on your own.
Our managers used to be carers too, so they usually know how to help and always understand where you are coming from.

We have a position open for a suitable candidate who is wanting to make a positive difference to someone’s life, to work with a gentleman who requires support.
Nature of the role: As a Personal Carer your role will be to assist the clients care needs and support their day to day living. Your role will be on a one to one basis with the client, mainly within their own home and additionally attending activities, appointments, shopping etc. in the community.
Your role will involve:
Support the client with their personal care needs
Supporting the client to take their medication
Helping the client to maintain a safe and habitable home
Accompanying the client to activities and appointment
Supporting the client to shop for and prepare meals
Hours of work: 15-35 hours per week
Times of support: This will be based on a set rota and will involve daytimes, evenings and weekends
Rate of Pay: £10.50 p/h
