Personal care is a broad term used to refer a support service between a Service User and Support Assistant.
We provide a range of practical help and support to people in the comfort of their own homes, this includes older people, younger adults, people who have a learning disability, sensory and/or physical disabilities, dementia, illness and end of life care. We offer a flexible, responsive service to meet the needs, hopes and desires of our customers.
We work with our clients, their loved ones and, where relevant, we involve external healthcare professionals, to create a person-centred care plan, focused on the individual’s priority needs.
All members of the Shiloh Healthcare Services Support Team are expertly trained to provide personal care in a way that is discreet and respectful of your personal boundaries. One or two care workers will be provided as necessary to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
